2. Automated processing of your data on my web site
2. 1 Web server log data
In order to serve our web site contents to your browser, our web server needs to collect data that relate to you. When you access our website with your browser, the server logs the data required for the operation of a web service in the log files: the name of your browser, the name of your internet service provider, the IP address of your PC, the address of the site from which you accessed our website, the name of your operating system, the web pages you visit, and the date and duration of your visit. This data is automatically collected. Recipient of these data is the hosting provider who runs the web service for us. On legal ground of the provider’s legitimate interest in securing the functionality of his web services the log data will be stored for seven days. If required, the provider will use the log data for error analysis and for the detection and prevention of cyber-attacks. We ourselves have only access to log data which the provider has rendered anonymous. These data no longer relate to an identifiable person and are used by ourselves or a service provider for statistical and error analysis.
2.2 Cookies
My website uses cookies. These are small files that the web server transfers to your PC. These files are used to track your way through the pages of my website or to accept an order.

3. Processing your data at Robert Stroh Flyfishing
I process your data on legal grounds of a contract or measures that I take at your request, for the purpose of a business relationship with you. Any tax relevant data will be retained for as long as tax law requires.
On grounds of my legitimate interest in initiating or expanding my business relationship with you, I store your name, if applicable, the name of your firm, your contact data and data relating to your purchases or interests for a maximum of 5 years after your last business enquiry.
4. Processing your data on my web site
My web site does not collect personally identifiable information. It serves the purpose of an information platform for my range of products and services. The contact-function only provides my contact details.
